 A welcome reception is held on Thursday night, followed by a morning general session. Here, top industry experts share insights to topics essential to the success of a food processor. Food processors typically share samples of their own brands with other members and associate members can display their products at exhibits. Friday afternoon includes a member golf tournament and other activities, tours, etc. 

 Saturday begins with the second general session with more top expert presentations, followed by an afternoon that may include a tennis tournament, group excursion, or free time. Members attend a silent auction and raffle to benefit the association’s scholarship fund, followed by a semi-formal dinner and installation of the new president of the association.

 Associate members can invest in various sponsorship levels to support the convention ranging from an exhibit table, to hospitality suite and other events during the convention.
